Alfonso Herrera León experienced this firsthand. When he graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU, his decision was clear: to build a firm that not only spoke Spanish but also fought with the same tenacity as a large firm—yet with the heart of someone who understands your community.
