Refer them if:
- They were injured in a car, truck, or motorcycle accident
- They were struck while walking or riding a bike

- They already have a lawyer and aren't happy — that still counts
Good to know:
- $750 is per case, not per person. A family of four involved in a single crash counts as one case.
- Not every case qualifies. The firm makes the decision, and you'll be notified either way.
- There's no limit. Refer as many people as you want.

People assume that a signed contract is a closed door. It isn't. Someone can switch firms at any time, for any reason—the contract protects them; it doesn't bind them. If someone you know hasn't heard from their attorney in months, doesn't know what their case is worth, or can't get a callback, that's worth a fifteen-minute conversation. Give them the number. If their case turns out to be in good hands, we’ll let them know.

- The referral program applies only to new cases accepted by the firm.
- You receive $750 for each case you refer that results in the signing of a representation agreement with the firm, regardless of how many injured people are involved in that case.
- Payment is made within 30 days of the signing of the representation agreement.
- Not all cases qualify. The firm reserves the right to accept or decline any case.
- Participation in this program does not establish an attorney-client relationship between you and the firm. You are not authorized to act on behalf of the firm, provide legal services, or give legal advice.
- Do not solicit anyone in person, by phone, or via real-time messaging.
