My Philosophy

Why do I fight for injured people in Arizona?

I believe that every family deserves equal representation, regardless of their language.

The legal system can be overwhelming. Insurance companies have teams of lawyers working against you from day one. My job is to level the playing field—and to do it in your language, no excuses.

I think a quick agreement isn't always a fair one.

Insurance companies want to settle your case quickly and cheaply. I prepare every case as if it were going to trial—because that preparation is exactly what leads to fair settlements. If it’s not fair, we’ll go to court.

I believe my client deserves to know exactly what is happening with his or her case.

A lack of communication is the number one complaint clients have about their lawyers. At my firm, that doesn't happen. I'll call you, explain things to you, and involve you in every important decision.
